Last updated: 2026. These terms govern use of this website and, where no separate signed agreement applies, of Teczen products and services.
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or using any Teczen product or service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. Where a signed master services agreement or order form exists, that document prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Services and subscriptions
Teczen provides cloud-based ERP, CRM and related business software, together with implementation, integration, training and support services. Subscriptions are licensed per named user for the term and scope stated in your order form. Access is granted to identified users and may not be shared between individuals.
3. Intellectual property
All products, solutions and digital services provided by Teczen — including software, source code, interfaces, documentation, designs, trademarks and this website's content — are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, modified, reverse-engineered, resold or redistributed without written permission. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the services without obligation.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data your organisation enters into the services. You grant Teczen the limited rights necessary to host, process and back up that data in order to provide the services and support. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to store or transmit unlawful material, to attempt unauthorised access to systems or other customers' data, to introduce malicious code, to circumvent usage limits or security controls, or to benchmark the services for a competing product without written consent.
6. Availability and support
We aim to provide continuous availability of cloud services subject to scheduled maintenance, which is notified in advance where practicable. Support scope, response targets and escalation paths are defined by your subscription plan or signed agreement.
7. Fees and payment
Subscription fees, implementation charges and any add-on services are set out in your order form and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Invoices are payable within the agreed terms. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of access after written notice.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the care it applies to its own, and will use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives termination.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
Teczen warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care by qualified personnel. Except as expressly stated, the services are provided without further warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings. Each party's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid or payable under the relevant order form in the twelve months preceding the claim, except for breaches of confidentiality, infringement of intellectual property or unpaid fees.
11. Term and termination
Subscriptions run for the term stated in the order form and renew as agreed there. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice. On termination you may export your data in standard formats for a defined period before deletion.
12. Governing law
Unless your signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Engagements contracted through a GCC entity may specify local governing law in the applicable agreement.
