Employee master
One record per employee with personal details, statutory identifiers, contact and emergency numbers, bank account, department, designation and employment type.
Employee master, attendance, leave, payroll, documents, self-service and exit management — so the people cost sitting in your project budget is the same number your HR team is working from.
Not a bolt-on people module — a full HRMS that happens to share masters, branches and approvals with the rest of your business.
One record per employee with personal details, statutory identifiers, contact and emergency numbers, bank account, department, designation and employment type.
Structured joining with employee code generation, document collection, department and designation assignment, and portal login provisioning.
Monthly attendance per employee across branches and sites, with month and year views and exception handling for missing punches.
Leave types and policies, balances, application and approval chains, and visibility of who is off before the roster is set.
A holiday list maintained per year and per branch, published to every employee's self-service view.
Salary structures, statutory deductions, period locking and payslip generation, with the register reconciled before release.
Aadhaar, PAN, UAN for EPF and ESIC captured on the employee record, with statutory updates applied as regulations change.
Employee documents stored against the record with expiry tracking for passports, licences and contracts.
Each employee sees their own attendance, leave requests, holiday calendar and documents from their own login — no HR ticket required.
Resignation, termination, retirement, absconding and end-of-contract flows tracked through initiated, in progress, cleared, settled or cancelled.
Headcount, attendance trend, leave liability, probation and notice-period pipelines, and department-level analysis.
Departments, designations, employment types and leave policies, with an HR admin role and approver access defined separately from system admin.
Most HR pain later is missing data now — a lapsed passport nobody flagged, an IFSC nobody verified, a probation date nobody tracked. The onboarding form asks for what compliance and payroll will need, and the record keeps it current.

When people can see their own attendance and apply for their own leave, HR stops being a help desk for questions the system can already answer.
Monthly view with year selection.
Apply, track balance, see approvals.
The published calendar per branch.
Personal records and letters.
Headcount, attendance, leave approvals, probation and notice-period pipelines and the next holiday — the whole people position on one screen.

Each tile opens the employee list behind it, filtered to exactly that group.
What HR, finance and IT leaders check before moving people data.
Yes. It is built for businesses whose people are spread across head office, sales galleries and project sites. Employment type covers permanent, contract and intern staff, attendance is captured per branch, and the employee self-service portal works from a phone.
Aadhaar, PAN, UAN for EPF, ESIC number, passport with expiry, and driving licence with expiry, along with bank account and IFSC for salary payment. Documents with expiry dates raise alerts before they lapse.
Yes. Employee self-service gives each person their attendance record, leave application and balance, the holiday calendar for the year, and their own documents — which removes most routine HR queries.
An exit record captures the type — resignation, termination, retirement, absconding or end of contract — and moves through initiated, in progress, cleared and settled, so clearance and final settlement are auditable rather than informal.
Access is role-based. An HR admin role is defined separately from system administration, approver access is granted per workflow, and users can be scoped to specific branches so a regional manager sees only their own people.
Statutory rates and rules are maintained as part of the service, and payroll periods are locked once processed so a closed month cannot be silently edited.
We will configure a department, a leave policy and a pay structure in the session and show you attendance, approval and payslip generation end to end.
